Free on orders above $250 or INR 2500/-.

Shipping Timeline

Ready to Ship Orders Usually Ship In 5-7 Business Days. Made-to-order items are shipped in 3-4 weeks.

Secure Packaging

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in plastic zip lock pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.

Trusted Shipping

We ship using one of our reputed delivery partners, and shipping information is shared as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment on the delivery partner's website. For any issues or assistance with your delivery, kindly contact our customer support.

Note: In case you suspect that the package may have been tampered with before delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Happy Unboxing

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver your products safely at the earliest possible time to provide you with a happy unboxing experience. We appreciate your patience and trust in us.

Refund Policy

We offer store credit that can be used up to 1 year from the date of purchase against your order if you are not satisfied with your order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at avsajewels@gmail.com.

Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at avsajewels@gmail.com. We will exchange your product for another product. Please note that only one exchange is possible per order, and free shipping will not be applicable on the exchanged product.
